Front of House

What you’ll do:

Greet and seat guests with warmth and confidence
Provide attentive, personalised service throughout the dining experience
Maintain a clean, elegant and welcoming atmosphere
Communicate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
Recommend dishes and cocktails with genuine enthusiasm
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

What we’re looking for:

Friendly and guest-focused with a team-first mindset
Able to work in a fast-paced, intimate dining setting
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but not required
Passionate about food, drinks, and creating great experiences

What you’ll do:

Craft cocktails with precision, creativity, and care
Prepare and serve drinks according to our signature menu
Engage guests at the bar with warmth and professionalism
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
Collaborate with FOH & kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
Uphold consistent drink quality and presentation standard

What we’re looking for

Passion for mixology and guest experience
Attention to detail and a good sense of rhythm under pressure
Friendly, confident, and team-oriented
Prior bar experience preferred
Willingness to learn and grow within our service philosophy

What you’ll do:

Cook proteins and finish dishes during service with consistency and care
Assist with prep work, including sauces and mise en place
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient station
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, timely service
Uphold Bella’s standards for quality, presentation, and pace

What we’re looking for:

Some kitchen experience preferred (but passion matters more)
Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
Clean, reliable, and a strong team player
Eager to learn and take pride in your craft
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, intimate setting
